Many assume that the life of a top hip-hop star includes nothing but fancy jewels, fast cars, and fly clothes and homes on every coast. But there is another side to them that is rarely revealed to the public. Later this month, E! will premiere their latest installment of True Hollywood Stories focusing on the life of a rapper’s wife, according to XXLmag.com. The one-hour program will feature Mrs. Paul Wall, Crystal Slayton; Mrs. DMX, Tashera Simmons; Mrs. Uncle Luke, Kristen Cambell, and Mrs. Mos Def, Alana Wyatt. The show, which is scheduled to air on April 29, will include interviews with the women as well as exclusive access into their lives. This will be the second time the cable network has profiled rappers’ wives. In 2006, LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg, and Big Boi were among the rappers whose wives spoke on their relationships. —BB
