Plus-fashion favorite Ashley Stewart celebrates Black women and girls through its partnership with the National Council of Negro Women. Every Tuesday sisters network at the more than 200 stores of the clothing chain, a goal of the organization’s president emeritus and civil rights activist Dorothy L. Height. Since the program's launch in November, more than 1,800 women have joined as sisters come together to promote positive images of ourselves and lift the self-esteem of the next generation.
