It appears that the pre-production of “Thriller the Musical” is getting a not-so happy reaction from director John Landis, who has decided to sue Michael Jackson and the Nederlander Organization for lack of proper rights to adapt the song and video into a Broadway production, according to MSNBC.com. Landis’s company Levitsky Productions, Inc., is also suing Jackson for four years of unpaid royalties on “Thriller.” —QS
