Aretha Franklin: Inauguration Hat Sparks Fashion Frenzy

Along with First Lady Michelle Obama and First Daughters Sasha and Malia, living legend Aretha Franklin has created big buzz with her inauguration style, in particular with the hat she wore while singing for the President. The Swarovski rhinestone-incrusted chapeau quickly received thousands of requests to the Detroit designer and creator, Luke Song, according to the Los Angeles Times. Franklin's hat is an original, handmade creation that cost close to $500. However, a similar version made with satin sells for $179 and has all but sold out around the country.-—CJ
